Richard, It is true that DRDRAM offers little advantage on a traditional motherboard configuration. The advantage appears in systems where multiple channels to memory can be utilized. An obvious choice for this is in graphics subsystems, which will be among the first to utilize the extremely high bandwidth capabilities of multi-channel DRDRAM systems. Scumbria
