Larry, Rich is correct. You've lost your perspective. You're essentially accusing the NI visitors of lieing, and the BOD of fraud and misrepresentation about the production lines in NI. Instead, you reky on a document that you know is deliberately padded with disclaimers and generalities for the sake of legal considerations. If you're that distrustful of the sincerity of the these people, then the people on this board will become more hostile.

In short, you can take the SEC filings and put 'em where the sun don't shine; they're fiction for the would be litigants, like Visnic.
