have funds needed.

StarTrek will be a Motorola-based product with Motorola engineers
doing the design. Motorola currently testing out an advanced prototye
configuration.

Over $40M in purchase orders received to date.

First deliveries expected between May and July.

Distribution centers to be set up in Anaheim, San Diego and Florida.
This yesars goal is to produce 100,000 to 140,00 units.
