Is it true that athm's subscribers are only up to 500,000 as of July 1st? Am I reading the latest article correctly that Jermoluk indicated only 500,000 subscribers. That means we need to add more than 15,000 a week until year end to reach 1 million. I thought we would have more than 500,000 by now. This roll out seems to be painfully slow and yet Athm expects to have 20 million homes passed by year end. Where are all these homes where the service is available and does anyone in an area where the service is available know what the tendency/percentage of people are signing up. Are people being delayed in service areas by the installation service calls? If so, why don't the MSO's hire more installers to intall those 20 million potential subscribers faster. Wanting to see subscriber growth to get us out of these doldrums but don't understand what the delay is. Anyone know what the delay is and why more techs aren't added to speed up the process.
