Quicken download used to work for me. But it hasnt worked in the last 2 months.

Datek used to require your account # for both quicken account parameters(e.g., use acount # xxx-xxxx for both Customer ID and Account). This might help.

Called Datek a while back and they confirmed that the service was down and would be for some time.
