Reverse Splits...........another Stealth Dude favorite....." as long as i'm not in them"........roll

one rule however...........never ever........NEVER NEVER EVER .......BUY AFTER THE SPLIT!!!!!!!!!!! PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

example........HARRD

bigcharts.com

the stock did a 1 for 4 reverse split......opens around 1.20 and some fools rush in to buy........ the stock goes to 1.75

now the pissed off shareholders caught in the split start selling......and the SLOW DEATH MARCH begins...........IT HAPPENS EVERYTIME!!!!!!

now the Bottom Feeder is on the job watching this stock very close.......why? .........because the bottom feeder sees a very small float after the split.........he knows that any future " good news " will send this stock flying back up for huge profits...........he watches for a bottom........he watches patiently............

note.......i picked this stock in the .20 cent range .......it ran to .75 on very light volume........then came back down........then the kick to the balls by the company......i know this stock will sprout wings and fly again!

warning.......this is true for all reverse splits........after the price falls and settles........and if there is another run......you may want to sell all your stock and decide not to hold long...........why.........because just as easily as the company lowered the share number with the reverse........they can just as easily increase the share count by selling millions back into it...thus killing the run and leaving some stuck in at much higher inflated prices...........BEWARE

regards

Stealth Dude
