I've been out of the corporate tax world since 1990, and, thus, not comfortable with the issues. Nevertheless, those corporate animals have to be fed, and there is an expense for their maintenance -- both time and money. Just a consideration. Finally, I was into Black Jack for years. Then a friend suggested Evan Williams. Got to agree with him that it has a reasonably similar content at half the price. Speaking of which, I bet some SBUX shareholders are adding it to their coffee tonight. Glad I wasn't in that one! Don't know how I missed it. <g> TB
