10q extension (15days) is the reason for the E

Audit was not completed in time to file their 10Q. I spoke with Larry Hinson audit is complete 7/1 very busy with all the new business so they filed for a 15 day extension. Look for the 10Q soon. I think it will look very good.

I find these guys at RPHL to be very professional. They have been working for over 18 months on the infra-structure of RPHL and now the business is starting to flourish.

I will be watching and buying too.
