i listened to the entire coms q3 call including q&a to try and get a feel for overall networking market..in a nutshell, comms flat sequentially but 30% growth from yr ago. not great but not bad.

here is what i found to be important...they still see great demand and order flow. the problem is increased competition from intc and others on the low end..lans etc..eb says the growth in networking has drawn new competitors. but low end is not cscc's game. i think they confirmed the strongest growth is where cscc, asnd, shva do their business.

they also saw good demand in europe except germany and asia except japan and certainly this is a strong point for cscc. so all in all, i feel good about cscc although i would like a better explanation about insider sales
