TO ALL, Anyone know the current outstanding shares. Anyone know the transfer agent. The thread header here says 5.7 mil shares, another web-site says 4.8 mil shares. Both very low for a company with great potential and also the reason I bought shares. The recent PR's do not say how many shares were issued to acquire Advice Productions, Outdoor Technologies, or the Chilton Automotive Information deal. THe recent Form 144 proposed sales are a concern but the total of the last three are only for 356,500 shares. Are they selling for expected higher prices down the road when Merchant Trader opens or selling for other reasons? Anyone with a handle on current shares outstanding kindly respond. Does anyone know the reason for the Form 144's? Thanks
