See my post at messages.yahoo.com Could be other factors as well. Political stuff could have something to do with it but I doubt it. Oil folks have always been around political instabilities. HEC has done a good job of blending into the background down there. Colombian people think of HEC as a Colombian company. Would appreciate any corrections to my assumptions. Jack
