Steve - We've talked to the Companies (CLRT and FTRK) and feel very good about the investment. Each Company has its own promise and the merger is gives them a synergistic effect. For example, CLRT was in trouble with cash flow. Now with FTRK together the seem to be able to get the financing they need. Jeff
