ISSI hit an all time high of 73 in August 1995. The stock was a street darling and completed a secondary offering in May 1995 at above $30. Of course, as did other chip stocks, the company went bust once the chip glut came aboard. They were showing upwards of fifty percent quarter to quarter (true!!) income growth in 1995.

On the plus side, the fact that they have survived is indicative of resilience that may come in handy during the upturn. On the minus side, the company is very closely held (only about 300 shareholders per their 98 report - someone correct me if I am wrong here) and has never believed in keeping the shareholders informed.
