Jacalyn, if these "flippers" make you upset, then you can blame a little of the rockieness on me. I am a short term kinda guy and that is why I am here. GAAY, on a long term basis, is great. I have my long term money in other places though. One of the things that developers use to their advantage is that "normal folks" have no real clue what or how we do, what we do. This makes it wasy to sandbag projects and string things out. Don't get me wrong, some obsticals are incredibley nasty, but it is easy to tell a customer "We have encountered some set back in the development time. We are running approximatly a week behind schedule." If the time line is questioned or the suggestion is made to just assign more folks to the task, that is easily rebutted. Development firms or even in-house folks can be very hard to deal with sometimes, as far as time lines go. 8o) K
