Welcome to the board K.F. That sounds like a good plan to me. Oldtimers that saw RSYS at 12 last Oct. would be happy with 40, and even happier with 60. Also as the combined companies move out of the small cap area and into the mid cap area more funds will be able to buy into our vision. I've looked at a lot of mergers that didn't seem to fit. I can find nothing wrong with this one. Good luck.
