I agree with you. NYCT is the key to KCA and is major enough almost to forget all the others which are basically ancillary. Even with my estimate of an 8%-10% revenue take, KCA will be seen as being grossly undervalued at today's levels. But, as I said, once a quarter comes in with revenues showing the effect of NYCT initially (others, as you said, probably to follow) and, if an investor has enough information to see what the revenue take was, the market will suddenly wake up. Don't forget, it took Moses 40 years to get to the Promised Land!
