Good morning

You ask questions that would require giving insider information.

I cannot give an indication of the size of a deal. Big is in the eye of the beholder. We will have to wait till a deal is announced and give enough information for those informed to be able to determine the size.

Regarding timing of producing products, I would say that one year it typical.

W-OFDM can be used in many applications: multimedia for home connectivity is a big one. This is where you have a set-top box in the home that would distribute TV signals to a number of TVs around the home wirelessly. We are hoping that this application would open the door to widespread use (large volumes) of the technology that the ASIC chips will become a few dollars item which would then enable all other wireless data applications such as cordless phones, Internet distribution to PDAs, etc. The issue with W-OFDM as it is today is size, cost, and power consumption. The size will come down once the ASICs are made (hence the importance of an alliance with a semiconductor company). The cost will come down once large volumes of the ASIC are made (hence the importance of a deal with someone in consumer electronics). Finally, power consumption is an engineering problem that requires experience in reducing the power consumption of ASIC chips based on other technologies (this will require a semiconductor company and a wireless terminals company). Hopefully this gives a good idea.

Once the 100Mbps product has a firm date, we will announce it.

All the best,

Hatim
