Being rejected for a loan!!! in Japan, where the central bank has reduced interest rates virtually to zero, yet consumers have stubbornly held back from borrowing* or spending.* Heck, nobody was holding me back when I applied for a billion dollar loan from the Japanese central bank and they still turned me down. BTW, has any of these bright Japanese citizens thought of borrowing from his bank and depositing in the US? If the Japanese just follow my economic prescription, each and every one of them would be millionaire many times over with very little finger lifting.
