ohhh boy Jeff, you and I don't see eye-to-eye at all. Well fine, but I think your facts are incorrect.

1) Hayes is NOT a player. Won't be. Hasn't been since bankruptcy. Met the man personally, doesn't have a clue and most of the management I know that run these other successful companies agree. His pathetic arrogance pushes the talent out of the company.

2) As for Paul Allen. Big deal. He was successful with Microsoft of course, but that was 10-20 years ago. Asymetrix was a miserable failure to name just one. Name a few things he has done in just the past 5 years and I may side with you. So, you think that because someone made a ton 'o money ONCE makes them successful in everything that attach their name too??? What school taught you that?

3) USR and their 70%. By what data. Footnotes here when you start to state percentages. Have you heard of Ascend and Cisco?

4) Hayes the second largest seller. That is pure crap. Even look at the Dataquest reports and they will state otherwise. Ummm, Motorola takes that prize.

5) Yes over 100 customers that sell 5 times more product worldwide then the nearest competitor. That is a publicly stated fact by both Rockwell and Dataquest. You see, they have 4 fabs (ever been in one or do you know what they are?) that crank out chips. USR has 0 fabs that crank out no chips. Intel has these fabs. Cyrix does not. See the difference?

6) Flash. Yes it's falsh. Call the company.

Making things up and Santa Claus. Ya know, my friends and I all laugh at you technically ignorant outsiders when you think that just because you invest in a "high-tech" company, you will make a million. Do a little research and stop guessing. It's not magic you know.

Well it's late, so lets continue this argument another time. Waiting for your unfactual responses Jeff. And JDN, stop being so emotional just because your losing money. We have all been there or we would be as rich as that modem guy Paul Allen.
