Mike, the lawsuit has been mentioned at least twice on CNBC in the past... thats how I knew about it. Could you summarize what CNBC said about it? (if it's anything other than "there is a lawsuit.") I stopped watching CNBC years ago. It kept me from getting anything done during the day. -Mike
