<<BTW, do we have a date for earnings release? End of July, right?>> Their website has had a tentative date of 7/26 for some time mrv.com I imagine they will update this page if it changes. They have to close books on their subsidiaries before they report - that's why they are always at the back end of the earnings period each quarter.
