to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, World Gaming Services
Inc. ("World Gaming") has entered into a simulcast agreement with
Bally's at Ocean Downs, located in Berlin, Maryland, to provide live
horseracing coverage via the Internet.
Bally's, formerly known as Delmarva Downs, has hosted prestigious
Standardbred events such as The North American Pacing Series, The
Billings Amateur Driving Championship, The Delegate Pacing Series and
The Seashore and Bay Bridge Pacing Series. Notable equine stars
include SJ's Photo, Sanabelle Island, Miss Conna Adios, Donovan,
Pilgrim's Fiery and Yankee Beamer. Holding the world record for a 1/2
mile trot in a remarkable 58:4, Bally's is committed to creating
high-quality entertainment options for both residents and visitors of
the lower Eastern Shore.

Coverage from Bally's at Ocean Downs will be broadcast on
