I agree with you Daniel, and bill : for most people the services offered by INFO are unbeatable, when you consider that most are free, and e-library is very reasonably priced, and much easier to use (pay on a per/article basis, instead of by the hour)How many professional researchers are there anyway, as compared to the number of students, and everyday individuals? And of those professional researchers, how many are itching to pay by-the-hour to hunt for information? Certainly, there are many who make it their business to do this, but I'm sure they also try to minimize their costs by first doing some preliminary searching using either free or low-cost internet searching.
INFO offers many different services, so we have choices. They have a revenue stream from e-library, while offering many free services on their other sites. They also own numerous domain names- I think their potential is huge. Why they remain undervalued and how they keep out of the limelight is a mystery. GO INFO!
