I would like to assume that the rise in price and buying by "someone" is due to takeover (assuming it wasn't voted yet, or it can just be firendly). options was also very strong yesterday on the July, Aug, and Nov 7.5, 10 and 12.5 calls. Selling was at the puts. if this was indication of a takover or rise in price it would be hard for me to tell.
