ARBA, believe me I have been hearing from an investing partner about Ariba for a several months, the NYT even had an article 3-4 weeks ago where CSCO is going out of there way to bad-mouth them, as they have such a strong technology platform.

What exactly does this mean... cisco is not happy? Thats not what I heard. Well, whatever, cisco is a whiney, impossible to please customer. Anyway I would not buy arba now, I think it will get hammered in Ortober at any kind of a decline - and at that same time the lock-out period will expire. Lets see, arba is 115 today, I think the mid 60s might be a good price. Don't buy any arba competitor such as commerceone (when they ipo). There is no value in the also-rans for this technology.

BTW, arba could be knocked off by a larger player such as Sap at any time so I'm not sure its a long-term keeper but for now they have some good things. Its the only software company that has any real promise here as far as I'm concerned.

Curious... did you have a tip about that rnwk or what? Pretty awesome timing there guy. And what do you think of Juniper?
