ROb - yes they once did a couple of quarters ago - I think it was the Sept quarter - the stock moved up smartly upon the announcement that they would beat estimates 3- 4 weeks before the earnings relaease. then the stock fell upon the release which beat estimates by a few cents. However, generally they don't say anything. Frankly the only time they did not beat estimates that I remember was last quarter and that was off by merely one penny.
