Samuel, I think that it is rational to assume that we will be taken out at book value, which would put a sales price north of $7/share and approaching $8.50-9.00/share IMO, if SFLX finds a deal that they like.... Heck SFLX has $3.12/share cash alone...

With AFLX's purchase INVX is now the world's largest flip/flex manufacturer with roughly $220mm annual sales. That might catch the attention of some of the bigger "full service" ECM's who realize that they are weak in this specialty area, and which could affect their ability to attract major clients...

That is a long-winded way of saying I don't think that PRLX or Contintental Circuit are going to seek to purchase SFLX. My guess is that it will be a bigger ECM....

Sincerely, Doug F.

PS- Yes! I vote "Blitzkrieg"- warm up the tank engines and get ready to rumble!
