Larry, You did not say one thing to contradict what I posted about how the wordings in the filings can mask the actual situation. There is no contradiction if they choose to say the lines aren't 'complete' until they have made the last adjustment to a knob (no matter how inconsequential) or hired the last person for a particular station. Yet they've made product from these lines that has been sold to Alliant, and 'samples' of the SECOND GENERATION CELLS have been manufactured from a FULLY-AUTOMATED LINE (line #2, which you want to think is not 'complete') and sent to OEMs for evaluation, as per the conference call.
Neither is it a contradiction for them not to call the product 'commercial' until the first sale is made to an EPS, Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, or whomever. Yet they've sold the same product to Alliant already.
Regarding financing, we reported from the shareholders' meeting that they stated this as their plan. And now they've gone all the way to the end of June without needing additional cash, and now have found an investor to provide them an increment.
They're simply following the plan they outlined to us back in Feb.
I'll be blunt, Larry: Either you work for a professional short, or you're mindlessly shilling for them on your free time (which you sure seem to have an inordinate amount of). |
