Anyone know of a way to short penny stocks? I have always been told by brokers that I can't short penny stocks because they cannot be traded on margin and thus cannot be borrowed. But on checking the short position records for various penny stocks (ie under $2) I find there are all kinds of short positions existing for these stocks. Obviously someone out there can short such stocks. Can anyone shed some light on this. Brad
