okok maybe posted before, but.. I like to pull the husk back from the corn and remove the silk, rub some butter and salt over kernals, pull the husk back up over the corn and tie at the top with a little piece of wire, cook over hot coals for 20 min, turning often.

Serve them with parmesan cheese, lemon juice squeezed over and maybe some cayenne pepper.
