Oh, it is so nice of you to offer a sympathetic ear, or at least a pathetic one. The 'pathetic' part makes me think you're just the person who would understand why the crash took so long (I think it was three days, not two, as I said earlier) to straighten out. But you know how gossip is, if I told you that when i installed the new modem, it was only next to, and not in, the proper slot, the next thing you know everyone would know.
