HI THAT IS OLD NEWS AND NOT CLEAR AS TO FDA DESIGN OK. What is clear is that NEOT will have much good news before stock issue or that issue is sold out-or both this is a win win! NEOTW is still too low! Hope by next year several hundred thousand people will remember their past 4 July events. If not the year after next (if no fast track.) My ear to the RR rail and I hear the train. Anyone know how many short stocks there are? Next 6 mo will be fun! Think by year end NEOTW will have been called and stock will be 50+++
