stephen if you click on one of the news items below you can get the info from the public relations guy if you can get him on the phone... it like trying to catch a fly .... very hard but maybe the seccy there can help... anyway the reason i believe is because it is so low a price it was a good time to buy i myself was waiting to purchase again at the .025 -.03 range but it didn't make it... i am sure it will run prob to./05 before profit takers come in... just my personal opinion. rick
