.Trev, Good post.....I just got back home and have been trying to catch up on all the posts.....it seems many posters on this thread are now day or short term traders.....depending on what side of the trade they are on, their posts appear to vary accordingly....as someone who, like yourself, takes a longer term outlook based upon DD and fundamentals, I find their comments mostly irrelevent to my perspective and position....perhaps someone should start a new Winspear thread for traders:-)......regarding fundamentals, I see some posted RT comments, from the Edmonton meeting. It was good to get some additional confirmation on the uniform composition of the dyke....what I found interesting was the comment on varying grain size between pit #1 & #2....this indicates that there is "gravitational" fractionation during emplacement. The implication from the variation in the number of large crystals between the pits, is that the thicker the dyke and more proximal to the point or axis of injection, the more large diamonds....interestingly, Pit#2 and Pit#3 lie on the "axis" of thicker kimberlite(this could be the axis of injection, suggesting that the dyke may have a form/shape better described as a lopolith rather than a cone sheet)....this bodes well for Pit#3 results(my fingers and toes are all crossed).....an additional supportive post was that RT supposedly mentioned thicknesses of 6 to 9 meters(I assume under the north shore!!) If the sheet continued to thicken to the north and up to six to nine meter thicknesses, ASSUMING a mirror like extension, from the point or axis of the thickest portion, this suggests to me that sheet could well extend to the DSP claims to the north:-)I am holding onto my DSP until WSP releases a drilling update.....regarding Beta SI, I look forward to being able to block certain posters:-)) regards, teevee |
