Rockport Healthcare to Trade Under The Symbol 'RPHLE' Until July 14, 1999 (www.rockporthealthcare.com)

Larry Hinson, the CFO stated: "The company is in complete compliance with all regulatory agencies. The appropriate form '12b-25', an extension to file the annual 10KSB, was filed on time. The 10KSB will be filed by July 14. Audited financials were not completed and that has delayed the filing."
Hinson added: "To update the investment community and communicate to Rockport shareholders, Rockport will announce via a press release when trading will resume under the original symbol "RPHL."
