Paulson wanted improved market conditions. He's got improved market conditions.

Now, we need news.

The IPO is promised. News of a software deal is promised. Good management does not make promises that it cannot keep.

Volume still reasonable but volatility has dried up. Even the daytraders are passing on NAVR at this time. (This stock is as quiet as this thread today.)

Any news leak and the MM's will do everything in their power to drive out whats left of weak hands and pick up some bargain shares. This will indicate their plans to profit from the IPO parent/child relationship. Hopefully the price will rebound.

If there is no news leak (an announcement after the market closes?),then the market makers will not be successful playing their games. All shareholders, both long term and short term will be in a good position to evaluate the news and hold or dispose of their shares accordingly.

What management does not understand is long delays and no news are hurting the long term holders of this stock, not the traders planning to make a killing on the IPO.

Everyone have a nice holiday weekend.

B.M.
