Now that's what I call a response: Robert C. Schick, AnythingPC's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Because of the weight placed on a referral from a friend, relative or co-worker to buy from us, we created the Affiliates Program to capitalize on our reputation and product offerings." I had a feeling they took my bitching seriously when I followed up my first order with two follow-up "test" orders which were both delivered overnight, even though one was ordered through 2 week UPS, and it was only a $4 serial plug:> I had a feeling I was getting special treatment since my order was followed up with an personal e-mail, but I had no idea they would create a refferal program based entirely on my bad experience;) In any case, good luck to the BANY longs, I wish you all the best. If ANYI is serious about better customer service they just may make it. The website finally looks alot better, see you all on the conference call.
