As you and I know, GIFT should continue to appreciate as time moves on
Further, as more companies "settle" and accept the amnesty proposal
and sign on the dotted line on the Licensing Agreement this will do
two things: A. it will create more and more interest in this little
company taking on the big boys and B. it will likely cause the stock
to rise and fluctuate somewhat. There is a remote (probably very
remote) possiblity that all companies will eventually settle rather
than face treble damages. Also, they could all take the atttitude let
the other guy pay for this litigation (we'll go ahead and sign).
The real beauty of GIFT will probably be realized in the long term.
There is a calculated risk in this stock but the bottom line is
nothing will change the patent at this time and the patent and it's
propensity to generate a good or great licence revenue is where it
all lies. As most of us know there are usually many more variables
in any stock we own or may be contemplating to buy. Yet, GIFT only
can be win or lose. If it flys it soars if it tanks it will probably
be a long term submarine. I got in on the tremendous opportunity and have
not been bothered by the volatility. In fact I have bought more when it has
dipped. This company is so little known that when it really gets out it will
rocket. Can you imagine what would happen if CNBC had an announcement that
GIFT has a lock on revenue from the Internet? to anybody who reads this,
please read all postings and visit the web sites. This is a good place to start
before you decide to invest. In my opinion this is surely a David and Goliath situation
and if the patent is a solid rock then look out!
