BHE announced a merger today. The combined company will have had $1.35b in 1998 sales. I think that bumps the new ACTM+CMCI down into the #8 spot when ranking ECM's by sales. Also, BHE is the company that Pino looks to as its "peer" in this industry. Will this mean hotter competition for ACT? Is there a positive (for us) spin on this news or do you think its neutral/negative for us? Rob
