Well the MSN Investor show it was done about 7 days ago. That's the source for my information, maybe it was done earlier but the graphs show as 7 days. Doesn't really matter, I think NETG is getting some well deserved attention. Also, checked a few things on NETG, it shows Institutional Ownership is close to 42 %.
