Chas, I understand that a few requests for investor packets may have fallen through the cracks... ESPECIALLY those requested through email to Spencer as well as the company at THEIR address. When I visited Charleston back in January(?) (losing track of the days... :0) I know that they were way behind in getting investor info out. Bill now has a secretary, and I believe that Spencer has wrestled much of IR duties from Bill. (Bill gets a kick out of answering requests for info... don't ask me why) For those who have emailed and received no response, your best bet is to call Spencer at 847-266-2055. If you still have problems, then email me and I'll see what I can do. But you should always call to request info if you have not receive your packet in a timely matter. I have had the same problem with several companies. Face it, the busier they are, then I would assume the greater interest that is being generated. Regards, Ron
