We're not overvalued one bit here. In fact, if we compared SNDK with other stocks in a similar growth pattern in similarly expanding markets, we would expect to see a price to book value nearly double the price to book value of SNDK. That's why, if SNDK shares were now selling around 75, they might be termed "fully valued." I hardly think the current price is overvalued. The other events that you mentioned in a previous note, such as resolution of the Lexar litigation and achieving a standard for MP3, cannot be predicted timewise. They could occur in a week or even next year. The question is not so much if, but WHEN.
