To all, I found this on the Investors Online website: The Inside Story: Ken Morgan, Acting-CFO, Totally Hip Software Inc. It's been an "interesting" few months for Vancouver-based, Totally Hip Software Inc. (THW:ASE) They're undergoing a corporate make-over which involved the May 19th resignation of President and CEO, Brian Leeners, and the elimination of a whopping 40%of it's work force. Ken Morgan, acting-CFO of Totally Hip will be here on Saturday to discuss the restructuring and why they're setting themselves as an acquisition target. (www.totallyhip.com)
