I personaly agree that the real potential value of the concessions is as you sdtaed -- gold and tantalum.
If I recall previous releases correctly the deal made with global was for ALLUVIUAL DIAMONDS ONLY and there fore they have no interst , financially or otherwise in the gold potential.
If this is indeed correct millions of carats will have to be purchased ( which is highly doubtful) before any money of note can accrue to STS.
This is why I do not see any value in this deal.
