Not to my knowledge, but then as you are aware we are all waiting with bated breath for some solid information. The circular of 2-1-99 was encouraging and I think we should accept that what was said in that report was accurate. However we do need some positive information now. That X-streams advisors won't talk on the phone to investors doesn't surprise me as the information they would have would be price sensitive and would have to be released to the market as a whole. Mannings line is that theymade the announcement in February and will release more details when it is available. When I last spoke to him(about 3 weeks ago) after pressing him he was able to say that he was optimistic as to the outcome. I would not expect him in all reality to say anymore. He is the Senior partner in a regulated law firm and his hands are tied. I would not expect him to be party to releasing false information(I am now referring back to the circular) Any way time will tell and my chicken rissotto is just about cooked. Cheers Jon C
