Settlement Of Lawsuit
LAS VEGAS, July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Donna Anderson, President of Definition, LTD (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL - news) is pleased to announce that a settlement has been made with Media Concepts (MDCE). The result of the settlement means that John Anderson and Donna Anderson have dropped lawsuits against Robert Torres, S. Sherrie Torres, Media Concepts, Inc. and Holiday Stock Transfer. In turn, Media Concepts, Inc. has dropped all countersuits against Donna Anderson, John Anderson, Blue Sage Entertainment, Charles Kiefner, Worldvision Financial Group, Definition, LTD, Vern Nobles and
Monument Entertainment.
All parties are pleased with the settlement and the result of this effort will allow all parties to proceed with their respective
business plans.
