The boob was Malone of TCI. He chose to delay upgrading the TCI wires, I guess thinking that high-speed internet was not that big a deal. Now everyone is paying for his mistake and he is not in charge anymore. AT&T is investing heavily in the improvments right now, but these things take time. Can anyone explain what the primary time limiter is in getting the system coverted to HFC? Eric
