DN, I expect Intel's eps to be at the low end of estimates, as they have said they will be. However, they will be phony with huge inventories building that they will never be able to sell at current prices. PC demand has already fallen off the cliff and AMD will rule if they kick the K7 out the door, so I don't see a good second half for Intel. In fact, it would have been a poor first half if it weren't for the inventory scam and the Internet investments (these are honest gains, but not necessarily repeatable in future periods). I see Intel at $35 by the end of the year, Compaq is falling apart, so look for $15 there. I expect (and hope for) Dell to make another run at $50 due to Compaq falling apart. Then it will fall to the $22 area.

I have taken my profits in Compaq and it is too low for me to play. I am hoping for a pop on Dell before buying puts again. Intel has moved into my second third buying range, though I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
