Sheldon: I presently do not have any DOW stocks, but I faired pretty well last year by investing in the DOW 10. The NASDAQ has definitely taken a beating in the past year,but I believe it is just a part of a cycle. My major holding is IOMEGA (hate it, hate it, hate it) which moved last year from NASDAQ to NYSE to help control its volitility. As to IMPX, despite all of my negative feeling toward this company and its directors, I feel like the $2 to $3 range is a fair price until they make some kind of announcement of a new contract. Since I am not part of the lawsuit (even though I fall in the category of those who definitely should be) I don't know how I want it to resolve itself, but I difinitely think that SOME HEADS SHOULD ROLL!!!!!! Take it easy and have a great weekend!
