Jazz102 - I don't know anything about ARTG. the 60-day rule is to discourage Flipping (selling the IPO stock the a short time after it goes public. Wit will put you at the bottom of the list when it comes to allocating lots in new IPOs if you flip. The CMGi direct share program is exempt from the 60-day rule. Jim
